The form is made up of six parts with 26 strikes. Each part is learned separately to the others and analysed for applications drills and exercises. Then all the parts are performed as a standard form in three ways
1. The left side
2. The right side
3. Straight line style.
26 Fist Form Part One
Horse stance straight punch
Cat stance corkscrew punch
Part two
Move from the left side first, stepping to
right handed dragon stance, strike left hand back fist then right hand
scrape punch.
Jump to the baseline using the rear leg.
Clear with the left hand |

Drop to horse stance and deliver an elbow strike with the left hand |

Step to dragon stance and front finger jab.
Step through to horse stance and execute slip punches six times.

No striking set
Part two
Move from the left side first, stepping to right handed dragon stance, strike left hand back fist then right hand scrape punch.
Jump to the baseline using the rear leg.
Clear with the left hand and execute a right hand palm strike.
Step left to 45 degree cat stance strike vertical fingers beginning with the left hand.
Step forward to left dragon stance, striking in panther fist three times. The left hand should finish forward

Step up to high inside block
Step to horse inverted finger strike
Step through to right dragon strike in phoenix head fist five times.
You should finish on the right hand.
